Together with his wife and business partner, Cindy T., Chef Carlos brought their vision to life in Melbourne, Florida, where they established 321 Empanadas as a local favorite. Their mission is simple: to craft high-quality baked empanadas using carefully selected ingredients and a unique fusion of flavors.
One of the highlights of their menu is their famous Green Sauce, made from a closely guarded family recipe that perfectly complements every empanada.
