He has a deep passion for food and a keen appreciation for the nutritional value and taste of every dish, which he expertly infuses with his Peruvian heritage in every creation.
Chef Carlos' love for the culinary arts blossomed at a young age, inspired by his family's culinary talent. Together with his wife and business partner, Cindy T., he is expanding the renowned 321 Empanadas brand. Their philosophy is centered around using only high-quality, hand-selected imported Peruvian and locally-sourced organic ingredients to create a distinctive and explosive flavor experience in every bite of their empanadas Peruvian Fusion with his own style and creativity and secret recipe.
The couple takes immense pride in their Green Sauce and its closely guarded secret recipe. With their exceptional expertise, extensive experience, and unwavering attention to detail, they produce gourmet-style, healthy baked empanadas that are unmatched in taste and quality.
